In Wafuasi we are committed to challenging students with the gospel while loving them unconditionally.  Our desire is to partner with you in this pursuit of equipping your student for a life of spiritual passion.  We strive to do this in several different ways...

  • As we love on your students in d-groups, Sunday morning programs and other events and activities, we also desire to equip you as you love, lead and guide your students day to day.  Throughout the year, we offer different opportunities for you to participate in classes and events focused on parenting teens.   Our goal is to provide information and resources through these classes as well as opportunities to connect to other parents of students.  These opportunities will be posted on this page as well as our student ministry calendar.
  • We believe our high school students experience spiritual growth through community.  We build community within our d-groups.  These groups are led by adult leaders desiring to challenge your students with the gospel while loving them unconditionally.  These leaders desire to know you!  They want to partner with you by reinforcing the truths you are speaking to your students at home. These leaders love Jesus Christ, and they love watching Jesus Christ change your student's lives.  We believe it is important for students to experience the love of adults outside of their families who are seeking to love and follow Jesus.   We encourage you to get to know and continue to have open communication with your students' leaders.
  • We, as a staff, value your feedback.  Let us know what your needs are as parents.  Let us know how your students are responding to teaching, d-groups and programs.
