With each lesson includes two take-home activities: a S'more Card and a Bible Reading Plan bookmark. The S'more Card encourages further study through an overview of the lesson principles and a related activity on the front side, and a section on the back side for parents to use to study with their child. Camper's are encouraged to bring their S'more Card back each week (many Camp Counselor's provide rewards!)
The Bible Reading Plan Bookmark is also handed out to the campers at the end of class. It consists of Scripture and related questions to help the camper develop his/her own study of the Bible. The reading plan was developed through our R.O.A.D Map concept, and we have journals for sale that correspond with the Bible Reading Plan bookmark (but are not needed to complete the bookmark). Encouragement and leadership from parents is essential in helping their children study the Bibles.
