In the story of Jonah, we get a window into our own struggle with obedience. We’ll see how Jonah attempts to escape his responsibilities and run as far away as he can from where God is leading him. In many ways, we too can flee when we feel the pressure of obedience. Our hope is that our students will see their own struggles reflected in this story and how God continues to lovingly correct us to follow his plan and not our own.
